Shipping Info
We offer FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders over $20 within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and Canada! FREE SHIPPING will be sent via USPS priority mail. Orders placed before 12pm PST (3pm EST) M-F will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST (3pm EST) Friday or over the weekend will ship the next business day. All items in stock are typically received within 1-5 business days depending on where you are located.
TinySoles WILL ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. If you are choosing expedited shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO, please select from USPS options. Free shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Please see our international shipping and orders sections for additional information on shipping to Canada.
Need more shipping options? We are pleased to be able to offer our customers an extensive selection of shipping options. All shipping options for USPS and UPS are available to you during checkout, allowing you to have complete control over the rate you will pay and how fast you will receive your order. If you are unsure about which option to choose or have a deadline to meet, please contact us so we can help you find the best shipping method for your situation.
International Shipping is also easy at TinySoles. Our goal is to provide our international customers with the best shipping rates available. We offer a broad selection of international shipping options from USPS and UPS. All available shipping options are displayed during checkout, allowing you to choose the rate and time that will best meet your needs. To see your shipping rate at any time during your shopping process, add your item/s to the shopping cart, click on "checkout", fill in the required fields and press "submit". On the next page you will see all the available shipping options and their respective prices.

Our Price Guarantee
TinySoles offers the lowest possible prices on ALL of our products ALL of the time. We don't think you should have to spend your precious time trying to price match for the best deal. Anybody selling the same product for less than our price is probably not an authorized retailer for that product.

How To Order
Our goal is to make your TinySoles shopping experience as smooth and easy as possible (we are all Moms, so we know that parents do not need any extra inconvenience). With that in mind, we offer a variety of ordering and payment methods. This page should answer your questions about ordering, but if you need to speak with someone for more detailed ordering information or if you have a suggestion on how we can make the ordering process easier, please contact us.
Secure Online Ordering
When you find an item you like on our website, simply double-click on the picture of that item and select the size and color (if applicable), then click the “Add to cart” button. Our shopping cart will automatically keep track of everything you add, and you can remove items or change quantities before checkout. When you are ready to purchase, select checkout on the top right corner of the screen and follow the instructions. If you already are a registered user, you can use our fast and easy checkout by providing your username and password.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions about your order.

Sales Tax
TinySoles is required by law to charge 7.8% Washington State sales tax to all orders shipped to an address in Washington State. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped outside Washington State. Prices shown on our site do not include Sales Tax.
International Orders
Please see our International Shipping section for a description of available shipping methods and rates for international orders. Please allow 3-4 business days to process international orders. All prices and payments are in US dollars. Please note that you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that are charged once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, Customs fees and any other charges that you may incur for importing products into your country. Customs policies are different for every country and you should contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. You are considered the importer of record when ordering from TinySoles and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be redeemed for any product on our website and have no expiration date. You have the choice of sending an electronic gift certificate or mailing a certificate to the address of your choice. You may also include a personal message. Gift certificates sent by mail arrive in an attractive gift envelope.
Free Gift Wrapping
Every order at TinySoles, gift or not, is wrapped in fun colored tissue paper and sealed with our TinySoles logo. If your order is being sent as a gift, you may include a gift message during checkout that we will happily hand write on an attractive gift card. This is just another way TinySoles goes the extra mile to give you that personal touch!

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you thought it would be, or circumstances have changed and you need a different style, color or size. No problem. We guarantee you a hassle-free, prompt and courteous exchange and return experience should you ever need to use it.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. Simply call us at (800) 338-4071 or email us at returns@tinysoles.com. If you need to exchange your product for something else, or simply want to return it for a refund, we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to include when you ship the original product back to us. Returns that do not have an RMA# on them will be refused.
You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order to return the original product to us. Returns and exchanges requested or received after the 30 day period will be refused, so please be sure to inspect your product upon receipt. If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be sent to you with free shipping as soon as the returned item is received. If you are returning an item for refund, we will gladly issue you a full refund via the method paid once we receive the returned item.
We highly recommend that you obtain shipping insurance and/or a tracking number on return packages. TinySoles is not responsible for packages sent to us that are damaged or lost. Returned products need to be in new condition, not worn and in their original packaging. Please do not send back products that have obviously been used, worn or damaged after receipt, as we will not be able to accept them. If you are concerned about the condition of the product, please discuss it with us before shipping it back to us so that we can find a satisfactory solution.
Need Your Exchange Faster? Then use our Speedy Exchange option. Simply purchase the item you want and we will ship it out right away with free shipping. As soon as we receive your return, we will credit your account for the purchase amount.
Not Your Order? If we made an error on your order, please let us know immediately and we will send you the correct merchandise promptly.
Is It Defective? We inspect each product we sell individually before adding it to our inventory, so we are confident that product defects will be rare. However, if you feel you have received a defective product please contact us immediately! We will gladly reimburse you for your return priority mail or ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise and send you a replacement promptly.
Return Shipping TinySoles does not offer Free Return Shipping as it is NEVER really free! All stores that advertise FREE RETURN SHIPPING actually charge you for it upfront in the price of the product whether you use it or not. At TinySoles we believe you shouldn't have to pay for return shipping unless you actually use it! We have found the cheapest way to send your return package back is usually by USPS first class mail through your local post office. A package weighing 1lb costs around $3 to send to us from anywhere in the US.

Let Us Help
We are always searching for new brands and styles of quality, stylish infant and toddler shoes. If you would like to buy something that you do not find on our site, please let us know! We can customize and special order shoes and gift sets for you, and we are happy to hear your suggestions of additional products that you would like to find on our site.
Is the product you want out of stock? We stock all of our inventory in house. If you can add an item to your shopping cart, it is in stock. Some products literally fly off our shelves (and we thank you for your enthusiasm for our shoes!). Our aim is to keep everything on our site in stock at all times. If you come across a product you want that is out of stock, please call us right away and we will take your order over the phone and let you know exactly when you can expect to receive it. We may be able to expedite a backordered item. Just ask!
If you are not exactly sure of what you want, check out our fun
gift sets. We have put together packages in a variety of price ranges that are suitable for all sorts of occasions including baby showers, birthdays, first shoes and christenings. Each gift set has its own "personality" and you are welcome to match the gift to the child's personality (or the parents!).
